Shipping & Delivery
You can choose between Standard and Express delivery.
Usually when an order is received, it will be delivered via Australian Postal Service in the morning of the following day.
If you place an order by Express Shipping in Australia, we will send it to you on that day.
(Orders placed after the post office business hours will be sent the following day)
- Please note that we are not responsible for the delay of delivery due to natural disasters or holidays.
- Once the delivery begins, the tracking number will be sent to your e-mail, which you filled in at the time of your order, and you can trace it on the Australian Postal Service website : auspost.com.au
Returns & Exchages
In case you are not satisfied we accept returns for items that are unused and in their original condition with label.
Do not remove the label from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.
Not eligible for return are white color wear, knit wear, swimwear items, underwear, tights, socks, stuffed toys and all items on Sale.
Returns must be pre-approved and received within 14 days of order date.
In order to return an item please email us first at email@example.com
Customers are in charge of return costs.
Hello1234 does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the Hello1234 website.
Your credit card details are processed either inshore and immediately destroyed,
via Paypal or through the website, which is linked to our banks merchant account.
